The Bible teaches that Satan is infuriated against his main objective, the law of God. When he tempted Jesus, he did it to cause him to disobey the law of God; Jesus never fell and was taken victorious to the throne of God. When the devil saw that he could not make Jesus fall, the Bible says that he persecuted his followers who also obey the commandments of God:
Revelation 12:17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
The Bible teaches that the saints and his people are those who keep the law of God and obey him in all the things he asks:
Revelation 14:12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
The fanatic little work that Satan has been doing to make the people of God disobey the holy law of the Creator is not going as planned. This is why Satan has introduced a new armament to fight the children of God; that is to destroy and change the very law that they keep so they disobey God by keeping commandments that have been changed and destroyed by the antichrist:
Daniel 7:25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws…
God gave Moses ten commandments written on two tables of stones. These commandments were written by the very finger of God:
Exodus 31:18 And he gave unto Moses, when he had made an end of communing with him upon mount Sinai, two tables of testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God.
Deuteronomy 4:13 And he declared unto you his covenant, which he commanded you to perform, even ten commandments…
God wrote his law on two tables of stones because his law is summarized in two parts. One table contains the commandments that are for the love of God and the other contains those that are for the love of your neighbor:
Deuteronomy 6:5 And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.
Leviticus 19:18 … but thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself: I am the LORD.
The first table contains those commandments that are for the love of God. Like in everything, God always receives first place:
Exodus 20:3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
Exodus 20:4-5 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them...
Exodus 20:7 Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.
Exodus 20:9-11 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
These are the first four commandments for the love of God and are found on the first table of stone. If you love God, you will obey these four commandments. These are the main commandments that the empire of the antichrist has changed by order of Satan. The Catholic Church, a changer of the law of God, worships idols and images. Also, they changed Saturday for Sunday. Its daughters, the protestant churches follow in the same track with Sunday observance.
The second table contains the commandments that are for the love of your neighbor.
Exodus 20:12 Honor thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
Exodus 20:13 Thou shalt not kill.
Exodus 20:14 Thou shalt not commit adultery.
Exodus 20:15 Thou shalt not steal.
Exodus 20:16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor.
Exodus 20:17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s things. (Summary)
As you can see, these commandments are for the love of your neighbor. If you love your neighbor, you will obey these commandments.
A strategy that Satan has implemented among those who call themselves Christians is that the commandments of the Old Testament are abolished and only those from the New Testament are to be followed. The commandments from the Old Testament are the same commandments found in the New Testament:
Mark 12:28-31 And one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, and perceiving that he had answered them well, asked him, Which is the first commandment of all? And Jesus answered him… thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with thy entire mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. There is none other greater than these.
In the New Testament, Jesus confirmed the two great commandments that were given in the Old Testament: Love thy God above all things, and your neighbor as yourself. These two great commandments were detailed upon two tables of stone written by the very own finger of God. The Ten Commandments reflect the great character of God and the nature of his power which is love.
