The answer is no. None of the apostles or prophets ever spoke in angelical tongue. Not even once in the entire Bible a person is ever mentioned that speaks in angelical language. Furthermore, not even angels themselves when they appeared to humans spoke in angelical language.

The only verse registered in the Bible that mentions the expression “tongues of angels” is found in I Corinthians 13:1.
Paul utilized this expression as an exaggeration, a supposition that says if he would know how to speak in angelical language but has no love he would be nothing. The same way, in verse 2, Paul himself uses the expression: “If I could remove mountains but have no love, I am nothing”.  Just like speaking in angelical tongue, no body ever removed a mountain with a prayer.

The truth is that no person ever spoke in angelical tongue in the whole Bible. All those that were used by the Holy Spirit spoke in human tongues that every body else could understand.
